Ultrasonic 3D Imaging Technology
Ultrascanguide provides an inexpensive nonionizing alternative to MRI and CAT scans for soft tissue and first looks at possible injuries in limbs. This tomographic imaging system robotically takes hundreds of 2D images around a limb to reconstruct a 3D image of the internal structure to look for varicose veins, epicondylitis, Achilles injuries, etc. The one-button scan and model-building approach eliminates the need for speicalized training in locating and assessing structures with ultrasound.
